It snowed here at the ranch this week.

 We have been busy getting things winterized. The irrigation system has been turned off. Thank God for small favors. By this time of year , we are ready to stop irrigating. We have blown out all of the water lines in the arena and the yard sprinkler system. It's quite the job.

We have all of the winter boarders moving their horses in so that they can work them this winter.The winter is busy for us because we have alot more people using the facility in the snowy months. We will be working our colts this winter after giving them the summer off to play.

To add to our already busy schedule, I am now the western states director for the National Walking Horse Assoc. I look forward to working for the western states . I hope to influence the assoc. in a positive way, expressing the concerns that the walking horse owners, here in the west have. Please contact me with any veiws you may have.
